I give permission for my childs image to be used in social media and club website images.

I understand that as part of belonging to Brockville Legion Track and Field, each member family is expected to partcipate in volunteer fundraising through support for club run meets and Bingos. Sign ups for these events are made available regularly. Upon registration, a post dated cheque for the end of the 2024 season must be provided to the Head Coach. If this voluneer commitment is not meet, this cheque will be cashed Dec 1 2024. Bingo and/or meet commitment must be fullfiled a minimum of once per year. Cheques are returned upon commitent completion and are only submitted once per year.

Please note that your registration is not complete until payment is received. $120 is due for the Grade 7+ cross country team or $100 for Grade 3-6 XC and/or Fall Speed and Power is payable via etransfer to brockvillelegiontrack@gmail.com, of cheque or cash can be given to your coach at your first practice.
